Refund policy
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
At Krumaya Business Solutions, we provide custom digital services based on client requirements. By purchasing our services, the client agrees to the refund terms mentioned below.
1. Payment Policy
- All services require 100% advance payment before project initiation unless otherwise agreed.
- The project will generally begin within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are only accepted under the following condition:
- The refund request must be raised within 24 hours of payment
- The project work must not have started
If both conditions are met, the client may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Project work has already started
- More than 24 hours have passed after payment
- The client changes their mind after project initiation
- Initial project setup, planning, research, or development has already begun
- The client becomes inactive or stops communication during the project
Once work begins on the project, the payment becomes strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Deductions
Even if a refund request is approved within the eligible refund period:
- Payment gateway fees
- Banking charges
- Transaction fees
- Taxes
- Platform deductions
may still be deducted from the refundable amount.
These deductions are controlled by third-party payment providers and not by Krumaya Business Solutions.
The company will not be liable for any deduction charges during the refund process.
5. Digital Service Nature
Since our services are digital and customized according to client requirements:
- Refunds cannot be guaranteed once resources, time, planning, or development work has been allocated to the project.
- Clients are advised to discuss all requirements clearly before making payment.
