2. Service Booking

Clients must contact us through official communication channels such as:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Website contact forms

Project discussions including:

  • requirements
  • pricing
  • timelines
  • revisions
  • deliverables

will be finalized before project confirmation.

Services are considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.


3. Payment Policy

  • All services require 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Project work generally begins within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Failure to complete payment may result in project delay, suspension, or cancellation.


4. Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy is governed separately and should be reviewed before purchasing any service.

By making payment, the client agrees to the refund conditions mentioned in our official Return & Refund Policy.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information
  • Sharing required content, media, and assets
  • Maintaining proper communication during the project
  • Providing business email access where required
  • Reviewing work within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed responses from the client may affect project timelines.

In such situations:

  • Delivery timelines may be extended
  • Other active projects may affect scheduling priority
  • Refunds will not apply for delays caused by the client

We will still make reasonable efforts to complete the project as efficiently as possible.


6. Project Delivery & Timelines

All services are delivered digitally.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Client response time
  • Technical limitations
  • Third-party service dependencies

Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.


7. Revisions & Support

After project completion:

  • Clients are eligible for up to 5 minor revisions
  • Minor revisions must be requested within 14 days of project delivery
  • Clients receive 14 days of basic support

Minor revisions may include:

  • Text edits
  • Small design adjustments
  • Image replacements
  • Minor layout changes

Additional revisions, redesigns, rebuild requests, or feature additions may require additional charges.


8. Website Modification Disclaimer

After project delivery, clients are advised not to make technical modifications independently.

Krumaya Business Solutions will not be responsible for:

  • Broken layouts
  • Website damage
  • Plugin conflicts
  • Functionality issues
  • SEO damage
  • Technical complications

caused by:

  • Client-side edits
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Third-party interference

For modifications or technical assistance, clients should contact us directly.


9. Working Hours & Availability

Support channels may remain available for communication purposes.

However:

  • Active development work is performed only during official working hours
  • 24/7 continuous development services are not provided

Response and completion times may vary depending on workload and communication timing.


10. Intellectual Property

All original work created by Krumaya Business Solutions remains protected under applicable intellectual property laws until full payment is completed.

After full payment:

  • Final project ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed
  • We may still showcase completed projects in our portfolio or promotional materials unless requested otherwise by the client

Clients may not:

  • Copy
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Claim ownership of
    our proprietary materials, templates, branding assets, or internal resources without permission.

11. Prohibited Projects & Usage

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services related to:

  • Gambling platforms
  • Adult or explicit content
  • Illegal products or services
  • Copyright-infringing material
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Malware, phishing, or harmful software
  • Abusive or unethical content

Any project violating applicable laws or ethical standards may be rejected immediately.


12. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms and providers including:

  • Plugins and applications
  • Payment service providers

We are not responsible for:

Our liability shall remain limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.

We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or terminate services at any time for:

  • fraudulent activity

  • illegal requests
  • non-cooperation during project execution

Any outstanding payments due before termination shall remain payable.
